Rick Salvadore

Rick Salvadore is a senior business executive, entrepreneur, investor, and civic leader with ties to Palm Beach, Florida, and Chicago, Illinois. He serves as Co-Chair of the Citizens’ Association of Palm Beach (CAPB), helping guide advocacy on coastal protection, redevelopment, infrastructure, and quality-of-life issues affecting the Town of Palm Beach.

Professionally, Rick is the Founder and Managing Partner of Running Tide Group, LLC, an advisory and investment firm providing fractional executive leadership, strategic advisory services, and growth capital to early- and growth-stage companies. Over more than two decades, he has held founder and C-suite roles across the technology, e-commerce, and consumer services sectors and has contributed to multiple successful liquidity events totaling more than $1 billion in enterprise value, working closely with boards, investors, and management teams.

Rick also serves as President of the Palm Beach Chapter of the U.S. Naval Academy Alumni Association, advancing alumni engagement and veteran support throughout Palm Beach County. A graduate of the United States Naval Academy, he served seven years on active duty as an officer in the U.S. Marine Corps and later earned an MBA from the University of South Florida.
