Andy LaStella

Andrew V. “Andy” LaStella is an accomplished business leader with decades of experience in aviation finance, asset management, and organizational governance. He is the founder and principal of AirCapital Aviation Services LLC, where he has led the management of nearly 300 commercial jet aircraft and advised a global portfolio of aviation and financial clients.

Andy has held senior executive roles with Republic Financial Corporation, Parrish Leasing Corporation, and The CIT Group, and played a key role in the early development of the International Society of Transport Aircraft Trading (ISTAT). He continues to serve the industry
as a Trustee of the ISTAT Foundation and Chair of its Scholarship Committee.

Deeply committed to community service, Andy has served in leadership roles with several homeowners’ associations, including as President of the Halcyon Condominium HOA in Palm Beach, where he oversaw a $14.6 million concrete restoration project. He holds an MBA in Finance from Fairleigh Dickinson University, a bachelor’s degree from Pennsylvania Military College (now Widener University), and proudly served as a First Lieutenant in the U.S. Army.
